I'm looking for Phison controller PS5016-E16 drive

Where can I find the Phison controller PS5016-E16 drive ?
The speed of my nvme is reduced in the windows 11 operating system when I copy and past files on the same drive, but it is 100% in CrystalMark.
I believe it is because of the controller drive.
